The club would like to pass on our sincere sympathy to Paul, Peter, Leo, Pierce and Kieran and their extended families on the passing of their Dad George R.I.P.

George was an avid GAA fan and a proud Galway man. Having moved to Croagh in 1980 with his wife Catherine (R.I.P., 2021), he built his own house in Adamswood but never forgot his roots in Galway and tuned into Galway Bay FM frequently to catch the commentary on the local club games.

May he Rest in Peace.

George's remains will be reposing at St. John The Baptist Church, Croagh this Tuesday evening June 3rd from 5.30pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Funeral arrangements can be found here on RIP.ie.
